Our treatment is personalized and follows 9 steps that flow together for a complete scalp care experience.
We start with a detailed scalp analysis, followed by nourishing, exfoliating and acupressure massage, using stimulating tools to enhance blood circulation. A detox treatment, combined with neck, shoulder, arms and hands massage, leads into a series of deep cleanses and masking your hair. The session finishes with relaxing hydrotherapy
Yes, of course! Ideally, we recommend scheduling an appointment between your hair extension maintenance visits. However, many of our repeat clients enjoy our services with hair extensions

Yes, we welcome clients with psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, and other scalp conditions. Our treatments are tailored to provide relief and enhance scalp comfort. However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking to ensure that our services are appropriate for your specific condition and needs.
All clients are asked for credit card details at the time of booking for a party of 3 or more appointments. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or if you don’t show up, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
Absolutely. We offer 5-session packages at 25% off — a one-time purchase that’s valid with no expiration date. 5-session packages can be shared and transfered to friends and family to enjoy at our location.
All products are carefully selected for their clean, high-quality ingredients to nourish the scalp and deliver visible results.
We recommend arriving with unwashed hair for the best scalp analysis, but it’s completely up to you. If you’re booked for a facial, we’ll gladly remove any makeup for you. For your comfort, bath wrap towelsare provided to change into so you can fully relax.
We love welcoming younger guests, but since our services are designed for adults, anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian with them during the appointment.
Absolutely. Our gift cards can be purchased online, are valid for one year, and can be customized with the amount of your choice. If you’d like a physical card, simply call us at (619) 200-2624 to arrange a pickup, or we’ll be happy to mail it to you at no extra cost.
For healthy scalp maintenance, every 3–4 weeks is ideal. If you’re focusing on hair growth, more frequent visits may be recommended. Many clients who come for self-care and therapy enjoy a monthly visit
